  1. Email Nutrilink at JudyLyden@nutrilink.info (or click on the CONTACT link and click on 'Send me an email') that you are interested in online services.
  2. You will receive an email with an attachment to complete and return. The forms will include your demographics, your personal profile (ht/wt/age/health history/goals), payment information, and a form to track your intake for 3 days.
  3. When you have completed your food journal, return all the forms by email.
  4. Upon verification of your payment information (about 3 days later), you will receive your report in multiple formats, along with recommendations for changes to support you goals. Allow 7-10 days for results.
  5. If you are taking advantage of the entire fitness package, additional forms will be sent for food preferences, timelines for weight changes, etc. so that your personal plan can be developed complete with menus that suit your individual preferences and nutrient requirements. If you can't access the attachments via email, then they will be sent to you.
