 
PACE is a "non-diet"
approach to lifelong weight managment and optimal physical health.
Participants will:
- Explore their personal issues with food and body image
- Learn how to legalize all foods to fit into a healthy lifestyle
- Understand the value of functional eating
- Increase awareness of barriers to success
- Find new approaches to daily choice-making
- Be able to create an individualized health plan that really works
TIME: 90 Minute Sessions for 8 weeks
COST: $150 for all 8 sessions and materials.
GROUP: Sessions are limited to 6 participants for optimal interaction.
