P A C E

PACE is a "non-diet" approach to lifelong weight managment and optimal physical health.

Participants will:

  • Explore their personal issues with food and body image
  • Learn how to legalize all foods to fit into a healthy lifestyle
  • Understand the value of functional eating
  • Increase awareness of barriers to success
  • Find new approaches to daily choice-making
  • Be able to create an individualized health plan that really works

        TIME: 90 Minute Sessions for 8 weeks
        COST: $150 for all 8 sessions and materials.
        GROUP: Sessions are limited to 6 participants for optimal interaction.
